Refund Policy

TCSA Refund Policy

At The Cave Studioz Academy (TSCA), we are committed to delivering high-quality training and professional learning experiences. To maintain fairness, transparency, and operational efficiency, the following refund policy applies to all students and applicants.

1. Tuition Fees Are Generally Non-Refundable

All tuition payments made to TSCA are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below. Students are encouraged to review all course details before making payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only under the following conditions:

a. Course Cancellation by TSCA

If TSCA cancels a course or program before it begins, students will receive a 100% refund or the option to move their payment to another available course.

b. Overpayment or Duplicate Transaction

If a student mistakenly pays twice or sends excess payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

c. Medical or Critical Emergency (Case-by-Case)

Refunds may be considered only for severe medical emergencies or unavoidable crises. Official documentation must be provided, and approval is at the discretion of TSCA management.

3. Situations Where Refund Will NOT Be Granted

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Student changes mind after payment

  • Student fails to resume or complete the course

  • Student misses classes due to personal schedule issues

  • Student is withdrawn due to misconduct or policy violations

  • Student wants a refund because of relocation, job change, or personal commitments

  • Student is dissatisfied after training has commenced (unless TSCA violated stated terms)

4. Course Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, students may request to:

  • Move their payment to a different course, or

  • Reschedule to the next available academic session

This option is allowed once per student and must be requested at least 7 days before the course start date.

5. Refund Process

If a student qualifies for a refund:

  • A formal request must be submitted via email or through the TSCA office

  • Management will review the case within 7–14 business days

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method

6. Non-Tuition Items

Payments for the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Registration fees

  • Application fees

  • Course materials

  • Equipment rentals

  • Practical session fees

  • Workshop or camp payments

7. Acceptance of Policy

By completing registration and making payment, students automatically agree to this refund policy and all other TSCA terms and conditions.
