1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TCSA website, services, or registering for any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have guardian consent to enroll in any TCSA program. By using this website, you represent that all information you submit is accurate and truthful.

3. Course Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment becomes valid only after full or agreed-part payment is made.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where TCSA cancels a program or event.

  • TCSA reserves the right to adjust tuition fees without prior notice.

  • Students must keep their payment receipts as proof of enrollment.

4. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the TCSA website or attempt to:

  • Hack, disrupt, or damage our servers.

  • Copy or redistribute course materials without permission.

  • Upload or transmit harmful code or files.

Violation may lead to permanent suspension of access.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, graphics, images, brand assets, and website content belong to The Cave Studioz Academy.
You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reproducing

  • Distributing

  • Reselling

  • Republishing
    Any TCSA-owned content without written permission.

6. Student Conduct

Students must maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward staff and other students.
TCSA may suspend or dismiss any student engaging in:

  • Harassment

  • Violence

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Damage to academy property

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Certificates & Graduation

  • Certificates are issued only after full participation and completion of all required coursework.

  • TCSA has the right to withhold certificates for unpaid fees or misconduct.

8. Scheduling & Program Changes

TCSA reserves the right to:

  • Modify course schedules

  • Replace instructors

  • Update curriculum

  • Postpone classes/events

  • Move a program to a different campus or online mode

Such decisions will be communicated to students ahead of time.

9. Limitation of Liability

TCSA is not liable for:

  • Personal injury occurring outside supervised academy activities

  • Loss of personal property

  • Technical issues on your devices

  • Delays caused by third-party providers (internet, power, etc.)

Your use of the website is at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party sites not owned or controlled by TCSA. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

11. Privacy
